Megan Hunter, MBA, is an expert on High-Conflict Disputes and Complicated Relationships, an author and speaker. focused on relationship and conflict revolution through print, digital and the spoken word. 

She is CEO and co-founder of the High Conflict Institute in San Diego, California with Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq., who developed the high conflict personality theory. She is also founder/CEO of Unhooked Media in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she is publisher of High Conflict Institute Press and its imprint Unhooked Books.

Her focus is focused on relationship and conflict revolution through print, digital and the spoken word.

Megan is an educator/trainer of legal, mental health, business, leadership groups, universities and other professionals and has lectured across the United States, Canada, South Africa and Australia in the area of “complicated relationships” and “high-conflict” family, legal and business disputes. 

She has strong policy and judicial training experience during her tenure at the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, and five years’ service to the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners. She currently serves on the board of Stepfamily Magazine.
